As a Data Researcher, you will:
- Identify and research public accounting and legal companies in target sectors using LinkedIn and Google search.
- Log newly discovered companies into the CRM following required formatting standards.
- Build out company profiles by identifying key client and candidate contacts with complete profile details (Name, Email, Location, Job Title, Industry, etc.).
- Utilize B2B research tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn to enrich and complete contact data fields.
- Generate and log candidate leads into the CRM using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and Outlook to support agency outreach.
Non-negotiables
- Strong written communication skills.
- Proven ability to accurately identify, collect, and verify required data fields.
- High level of organization, consistency, and comfort working toward activity targets.
- Proficiency in performing detail-oriented administrative and data entry tasks.
- Capability to conduct web research using LinkedIn and search engines.
- Prior experience using technical CRM software.
- Familiarity with B2B research and data tools (e.g., ZoomInfo).
- Experience in candidate generation or recruitment research, particularly in US public accounting or legal sectors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and administrative productivity tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills for finding hard-to-reach contact information.
