DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee). The Impact you will have in this role: We are seeking a Data Scientist to analyze data, develop machine learning models, and generate insights that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, predictive modeling, data visualization, and emerging Generative AI technologies. Your Primary Responsibilities: Analyze large datasets using Python, SQL, Pandas, and NumPy. Build, train, validate, and evaluate machine learning models for business use cases. Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to communicate insights. Prepare and transform data through cleaning, feature engineering, and quality checks. Apply statistical techniques and conduct A/B testing to measure business outcomes. Work with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS and Snowflake. Utilize Generative AI concepts, including prompt engineering and Large Language Models (LLMs). Ensure data quality, governance, and responsible AI practices are followed. Present findings and recommendations through clear data storytelling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of related experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. Talents Needed for Success: Experience with Python and SQL for data analysis and model development. Strong knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, and machine learning techniques (Regression, Classification, and Clustering). Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools. Understanding of data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Knowledge of AWS, Snowflake, and cloud analytics platforms. Familiarity with GenAI concepts, prompt engineering, and LLMs. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
