- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field; an MSc or PhD in Machine Learning or a related field is preferred
- At least 3 years of professional experience in artificial intelligence and building predictive models, preferably in a business or industrial environment
- Hands-on experience with Python; experience with MATLAB and/or R is a plus
- Familiarity with machine learning platforms and tools such as Amazon SageMaker and AutoML
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
- Natural curiosity and motivation to tackle complex technical challenges
- Detail-oriented, creative, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning
- High standards of integrity, reliability, and discretion
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across multiple departments
- Establish best practices for data collection, processing, labeling, and analysis
- Oversee data quality and develop data cleaning and validation procedures to ensure reliable, high-quality datasets
- Collaborate with technical leaders and other stakeholders to understand the business and operational context of industrial AI data
- Design and develop scalable data processing pipelines
- Develop data analytics tools to generate actionable insights into manufacturing processes
- Build machine learning models for prediction, optimization, and data-driven decision-making
- Develop predictive and preventive maintenance algorithms to improve the efficiency and reliability of manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with engineers and scientists to identify effective solutions to complex technical challenges
- Guide and support team members in developing their technical capabilities and achieving strong results
