🔥 THE ROLE

• Build and evaluate Machine Learning models
• Work with structured/tabular data
• Use Python for data analysis, feature engineering and model development
• Get involved across the full ML lifecycle – from data to production
• Work on financial services AI projects
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and AI Consultants on client solutions
• Contribute to MLOps, reusable ML frameworks and solution design

🧠 YOU'LL NEED

• 1+ year commercial Data Science / Machine Learning experience
• Strong Python skills
• Experience with tabular data
• Hands-on ML model development and evaluation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Business-level Japanese – JLPT N1 or equivalent
