Job Summary
As a Data Specialist, you'll monitor, manage, and escalate incoming and outgoing production file processing using multiple applications and systems.
Location and Schedule

Schedule: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.

Training will be conducted onsite at our Vadnais Heights, MN location

After training is complete, this position will transition to a hybrid work arrangement, primarily remote with the ability to work onsite as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing files according to the client/programming specification.
- Proactively respond to the needs of both internal and external clients.
- Manage production and ensure all files are received and processed correctly.
- Process files using current data manipulation and encryption software.
- Assist Information Technology personnel and IS Department
- Resubmit abnormally ended jobs after determining problem and taking corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Candidates of all experience are encouraged to apply! Training is provided.

Ability to work independently and remain attentive during overnight hours.
- Drug screen and FBI criminal background check are required.
- While not required, the ideal candidate will have experience with:
- CA Workload Automation/Autosys
- SharePoint
- MOVEit Automation by ipswitch
- MS Office
Compensation and Benefits
- $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience.
