Data Support Specialist

📍 Location: Barranquilla, remote

🚀 What You'll Do:

✨ Configure and maintain enrollment data within internal systems.

📋 Enter, review, and update client information with a high level of accuracy.

📊 Generate enrollment, payroll, and operational reports.

🔍 Validate data, identify discrepancies, and ensure information is complete.

🤝 Collaborate with internal teams, clients, brokers, carriers, and vendors to support enrollment activities.

📝 Maintain detailed documentation and accurately record all communications.

📅 Manage assigned tasks and ensure deadlines and service levels are consistently met.

✅ Follow established processes, compliance requirements, and quality standards.

💡 Assist with software implementation, testing, and ongoing data support.

🎯 What We're Looking For:

✔️ Experience with data entry, administrative support, or database management.
