Responsibilities
- Develop, test and publish interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud
- Connect Tableau to various data sources and prepare data for visualization
- Write SQL queries and perform data modeling, cleaning and transformation
- Optimize dashboard performance and Tableau extracts
- Troubleshoot data and dashboard-related issues
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective visual solutions
- Apply data visualization and storytelling best practices
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of professional experience in data visualization or Business Intelligence
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep and Tableau Server/Cloud
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with relational databases or data warehouses, such as BigQuery
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and data visualization best practices
- Ability to create clear and engaging data stories
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related quantitative field
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Nice to have
- Python or R programming skills
- Experience with Spotfire
