Data Warehouse Analyst

Job Description We are looking for a strong data focused analyst who is comfortable working with large data sets, understanding data structures, and supporting both business and technical teams. This is a hands on role requiring strong SQL skills and understanding of data warehouse concepts. Responsibilities • Analyse data requirements and support data driven solutions • Work with data warehouse structures and data models • Write and optimise SQL queries for analysis and validation • Support data integration and data flow analysis • Validate data quality and investigate discrepancies • Collaborate with business and technical teams on reporting and analytics needs • Prepare and maintain documentation related to data processes Requirements Strong experience in data analysis and data warehouse environments Very good knowledge of SQL Understanding of data models, data flows, and ETL processes Experience working with large data sets Analytical mindset and attention to detail Experience working with Jira or similar tools Good English communication skills Nice to have Experience in banking or financial services Experience with BI tools or reporting platforms Understanding of distributed data environments Benefits Solid, competitive salary Work in multilingual, multinational and multicultural environment on international projects Comprehensive healthcare Long-term B2B contract with stable project pipeline Work model: hybrid (Wednesday presence at Warsaw/Wrocław/Gdańsk office)
