Employees will be expected to adhere to a flexible hybrid work schedule, with a required presence in the office for 1 day per week, allowing for customization of work hours within a specified morning or mid-shift time frame.

Three interview rounds:
First round: Interview with SMEs and potentially a colleague. Feedback within 1 week.
Second Round: Interview with Hiring Manager. Feedback within 1 week.
Potential Third Round: Interview with Global (Denmark) Manager. Feedback within 1 week.
Successful candidates will receive feedback and job offers directly from Human Resources.
