We help companies across Europe unlock the value in their data, helping them design and build scalable platforms that support real business use cases.

RevoData is part of IG&H, an international consulting firm focused on digital transformation across industries. For this role, you’ll be based in Lisbon and work from the IG&H office, collaborating with colleagues across RevoData and IG&H.

About you

You're not just a heavy user of Databricks - you're the person others come to when something needs to be figured out on the platform. You've earned your Databricks Champion status, and you back it up with real platform experience: architectural decisions made, trade-offs owned, and results delivered.

We'd love to talk if:

You hold the Databricks Champion status

Showcasing your deep knowledge of the platform and your ability to apply it to solve complex data challenges.

You know the Databricks stack end to end

Not just the corner you happen to have spent the most hours in. From Unity Catalog governance to Delta Lake internals, Workflows orchestration, and MLflow, you can speak to the platform as a whole - not just your usual patch of it.

You proactively push the platform forward

You explore the latest Databricks features and capabilities, seeking out innovative ways to enhance data solutions and push the boundaries of what's possible - for your projects and for the wider team.

You keep pace with the platform as it moves

New releases, public previews, deprecations - you track what's changing on Databricks and have a view on what's worth adopting now versus waiting out.

You have the backbone to challenge

You're confident presenting your ideas and standing up for what you believe is the best solution, even when that means pushing back on a client or a senior stakeholder.

You're the go-to person on Databricks, inside and outside RevoData

Whether it's a colleague stuck on a Unity Catalog permissions issue or a client team learning the platform, people come to you first when something Databricks-related needs solving.

You’re comfortable with Python & SQL: You write clean, maintainable code and know your way around data modelling and building data pipelines.

You know your way around the cloud: You’ve worked with Azure, AWS or GCP and have experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud-based data solutions.

You speak fluent English

Nice to have:

• Additional Databricks certifications (Data Engineer Professional, Machine Learning Engineer Professional etc.)

• Experience working in client-facing consultancy environments

• Fluency in other EU languages

• Hybrid Working: Based in Lisbon, with a minimum of one day a week in the IG&H office. We trust you to get the job done while giving you the flexibility to work in a way that works for you.
• Competitive salary: €44,211 – €66,750 gross annually, depending on experience and how you're benchmarked throughout our interview process.
• Permanent Contract: Join us on a permanent contract from day one.
