🚀 We're Hiring | Databricks Data Architect

Are you passionate about building modern, scalable data platforms? We're looking for an experienced Databricks Data Architect to help design enterprise-grade Lakehouse solutions and drive cloud data transformation initiatives.

🌎 Location: Argentina Remote

💼 Contract: Full-Time or Contract

What You'll Do:

✔ Design end-to-end Lakehouse Architectures using the Medallion (Bronze, Silver, Gold) approach

✔ Build scalable, production-ready data platforms on Databricks

✔ Optimize large-scale Apache Spark workloads for performance and cost

✔ Design enterprise data governance using Unity Catalog

✔ Architect secure cloud-native solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP

✔ Drive data platform modernization, scalability, and operational excellence

✔ Optimize Databricks infrastructure, cluster utilization, and cloud costs

Required Experience:

✅ Strong expertise with Databricks Lakehouse Platform

✅ Deep knowledge of Apache Spark internals and distributed computing

✅ Hands-on experience with Delta Lake (ACID transactions, Time Travel, Schema Enforcement, Z-Ordering)

✅ Experience implementing Unity Catalog, RBAC, row/column-level security, and data lineage

✅ Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud ecosystems

✅ Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python or Scala

✅ Experience with performance tuning, cluster optimization, and cloud cost management

Nice to Have:

⭐ Databricks Certified Data Architect or Data Engineer Professional certification

⭐ Experience with Generative AI, MLflow, Vector Search, and Mosaic AI

⭐ CI/CD experience using Git, Databricks Repos, dbt, Azure Data Factory, or Apache Airflow

⭐ Experience with Structured Streaming and Auto Loader

⭐ Knowledge of Databricks SQL Serverless Warehouses and integration with Power BI

🌎 Advanced English is required to collaborate with international teams.
