Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Datacenter Technician to join our team in Kansas City, MO. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology, with a range of 0-5 years of experience in datacenter operations or a related field. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage the physical infrastructure of the datacenter, including servers, networking devices, and storage systems. Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Assist in the implementation of new systems and infrastructure. Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and company policies. Document technical problems, resolutions, and processes for maintenance and support. Required Skills Strong understanding of computer hardware and networking principles. Experience with server management and maintenance. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in IT and datacenter environments. Must be knowledgable with Juniper routing/switching devices. Experience in a datacenter/server environment is preferred.
