🚀 We are hiring: DataOps Consultant – Lakehouse Support! 🚀


Are you a Support & DevOps Engineer who combines production support expertise with modern cloud, data pipelines, and AI-first engineering tools?

Join our team in a 100% Remote (Romania) role! In this role, you will bridge the gap between Development and Operations, ensuring the operational stability and high reliability of enterprise data platforms, APIs, event-driven systems, and .NET/C# applications! 🌐💼✨


📌 What you will do:

  • 🔍 L2/L3 Production Support: Perform deep operational diagnostics across batch and streaming data pipelines, APIs, and microservices.
  • 🛠️ DevOps & CI/CD: Own and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, deployment strategies, and IaC (Terraform, Bicep).
  • 📊 Observability & Orchestration: Monitor critical workflows using Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, and StoneBranch / Airflow.
  • 🤖 AI-First Engineering: Utilize AI tools daily (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, AIOps) for automated triage, predictive alerting, and runbook generation.
  • 🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate incident resolution across Platform Engineering, Data Engineers, and data domain teams (Databricks, Snowflake, Palantir).


🎯 What we are looking for:

  • Production Support & ITIL: L2/L3 support experience with structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ITSM tools (ServiceNow).
  • Cloud & DevOps: Strong hands-on experience with Azure (AKS, App Services, Functions), Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform / Bicep.
  • Data Platforms & Databases: Support experience with ETL/ELT pipelines (PySpark / Spark), Databricks / Palantir, and advanced SQL.
  • Event-Driven & API: Understanding of event systems (Kafka, Solace, RabbitMQ) and REST APIs.
  • Observability: Experience with Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, Azure Monitor, or Data Observability platforms.
  • Scripting: Proficiency in Python and PowerShell for operational automation.


⚡ Nice to have:

  • Experience with Palantir Foundry or Monte Carlo Data Quality.
  • Knowledge of Investment Management data (trade lifecycle, portfolio terminology).
