About the role: We have a part-time (32.5 hours) Day Services Support Worker vacancy at The Beeches based in Stroud. The Beeches is a Community Resource Centre for adults with learning disabilities within the Stroud District boundaries. People generally attend one to five days a week taking part in a range of social and creative activities. The Resource Centre at Cainscross is a purpose built building where there are facilities to meet the needs of adults with severe learning disabilities as well as people with learning disabilities who wish to access the local community with support. Our Services are continuously evolving, and as such, this role and related responsibilities may be subject to minor change. Please email [email protected] to arrange an informal discussion. About you: As well as an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification, you’ll have hands-on experience working with people with learning disabilities.
