Dayforce Application Specialist

About this Position Join our team as a Senior Dayforce Application Specialist and play a key role in supporting, enhancing, and optimizing our Dayforce HRIS landscape across HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, and integrations. What you´ll do Provide expert support and troubleshooting for Dayforce-related issues, coordinating with stakeholders and escalating complex technical concerns when needed. Maintain and enhance Dayforce configurations, integrations, APIs, workflows, imports, payroll, workforce management, mobile applications, and reporting solutions Monitor data quality, system performance, and security, ensuring accurate and compliant HR data management Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to identify process improvements, resolve system issues, and deliver sustainable solutions Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation, knowledge articles, support procedures, and reporting requirements Support testing, deployment activities, data cutovers, and go-live readiness for Dayforce releases, upgrades, and project implementations Participate in global and regional HRIS projects by gathering requirements, supporting discovery activities, creating standard and custom reports, and ensuring successful implementation outcomes What makes you a good fit Bachelor's Degree in any course Minimum of three (3) years working experience in handling functional configuration changes for cloud-based payroll systems; Dayforce is experience is highly preferred, but similar platforms like Workday and Oracle may also be considered Experience in data cleansing and data integrity is required; Advanced reporting proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation tools such as Power BI and SQL; Tableau, Power Query, KNIME, and Python expertise is an advantage Must have experience in project management and needs to be proactive; With issue resolution and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written English communication skills is needed due to global stakeholder interaction - especially having the ability and proactivity to communicate with functional and technical teams Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00PM to 12:00MN) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati Some perks of joining Henkel A thriving career with the Top 15 Best Workplaces in the Philippines by Great Place to Work and the Top GBS Employer in the Philippines by the Everest Group for 4 consecutive years!
