Our client — a large, well-established organisation delivering essential services to millions of people across NSW — is smack in the middle of a major infrastructure and workforce transformation program, and they need a Dayforce Configuration Consultant to come in-house and own the platform.
They're talking deep, sustained technical ownership — scheduling, rostering, time & attendance, pay rules — across a large, complex, blue-collar workforce covered by multiple EBAs and EAs. No client-hopping, no re-explaining yourself every quarter — just one platform, one workforce, and the runway to really get under the hood.
