Dayforce Solution Architect – Job Description

Position Summary

The Dayforce Solution Architect is responsible for leading the design, configuration, integration strategy, and end‑to‑end delivery of Ceridian Dayforce HCM solutions. This role partners with clients, consultants, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high‑performing Dayforce architectures across HR, Payroll, Time, Benefits, and Workforce Management.

The architect ensures solution integrity, drives best practices, oversees technical design, and supports successful deployment, optimization, and long‑term adoption.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience implementing Dayforce HCM solutions as a lead or architect.
  
• Deep expertise in multiple Dayforce modules (Payroll, Time, WFM, Benefits, HR, Recruiting, Onboarding).
  
• Strong understanding of Dayforce data model, workflows, security, and Continuous Calculation.
  
• Hands‑on experience with Dayforce APIs, web services, XML, and integration frameworks.
  
• Proven ability to lead discovery, blueprinting, and solution design sessions.
  
• Experience with enterprise HCM/HRIS transformation projects.
  
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to manage stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and Operations.
