**Must have experience with V13 and can speak in more detail on DSNZPARM recommendations and software deployment and backout considerations.

**10+ years of hands-on Db2 for z/OS engineering, administration, architecture, performance tuning, recovery, and production support experience in large enterprise Sysplex and data sharing environments

**Expert knowledge of Db2 for z/OS subsystem internals, including IRLM, DDF, EDM pools, buffer pools, logging, utilities, packages, plans, WLM interactions, and z/OS dependencies

Strong understanding of Db2 security architecture, including RACF integration, authentication
