Role Purpose: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join the APAC BPS team as a DC Process, Parts Pricing Excellence Specialist . This role will focus on driving end-to-end process excellence across Distribution Center (DC) operations in the APAC region , including parts pricing and commercial governance , ensuring standardisation, operational efficiency, and supporting business growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end process excellence for APAC Distribution Centers (DCs) Lead harmonisation and continuous improvement of DC operational processes across APAC Manage and support parts pricing excellence , including pricing calculations, regional uplifts, and discount structures Ensure effective deployment and governance of regional pricing strategies across DC units Collaborate with country teams to align on pricing policies, parts excellence practices, and commercial effectiveness Support business growth initiatives by enhancing supply chain, pricing, and DC efficiency Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including operations, supply chain, IT, and business teams Prepare and present performance dashboards, pricing insights, and process updates in regional and global forums Participate actively in regional and global meetings , contributing to process and pricing standardisation initiatives Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards Required Qualifications & Experience: 6–7 years of relevant experience (Job Level JL6 / JL7) Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM, WM, and QM modules Proven expertise in Distribution Center (DC) end-to-end processes and execution Experience in parts pricing, pricing calculations, and commercial frameworks Solid understanding of supply chain, warehouse operations, and parts lifecycle management Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good understanding of Pricing Excellence / Parts Excellence concepts Ability to work in a cross-cultural and global environment Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills Communication & Working Style: Fluent in English (written and spoken) Ability to effectively engage with global stakeholders across APAC and EMEA regions Strong capability to prepare and deliver presentations in regional and global calls Comfortable working in a hybrid working model Flexibility to collaborate across different time zones Location: Pune (India) / APAC Region (Hybrid Working) Why Join Us: Opportunity to work in a regional APAC role with global exposure Direct involvement in process transformation, pricing excellence, and digital initiatives Collaborative environment with cross-functional and international teams Konecranes moves what matters .
