The role

Your job is to build the Deal Desk from the ground up.

You will own everything that happens to a contract along the customer journey, outside commercial negotiation. The scope is cross-product: you will work on both our insurance contracts and our cyber contracts (licences and security services), in every country where we operate.

What you’ll do

Cash collection

• Drive the collection of amounts owed by clients and partners

• Track overdue payments, run follow-ups and escalate when needed

• Build and monitor collection KPIs such as DSO, outstanding balance and bad-debt rate

KYB: Know Your Broker

• Ensure our broker distribution network meets compliance requirements

• Collect, verify and keep partners’ regulatory documentation up to date

• Design compliance processes for broker onboarding and ongoing monitoring, working with Legal and Compliance

Licence overage billing

• Identify and bill cyber licence overages every month, whether direct or through our MSP partners

• Work with Sales to review significant cases

• Make sure billing is accurate, traceable and clearly explained to the client

Non-commercial contract amendments

• Handle administrative changes such as payment methods, contract dates, company registration number (SIREN), address and similar updates

• Keep data consistent across our tools (CRM, billing, management systems)

• Set clear processing times and meet them

Special contracts for CrowdStrike and SentinelOne

• Track actual licence consumption and bill it accurately

• Reconcile vendor invoices with client billing

• Spot discrepancies early and raise them with the right teams

Beyond that

• Document and automate Deal Desk processes so they hold up as we grow
