What You’ll Be Doing:

Verifies the accuracy of loan documents submitted by the dealer partner. Making sure it is within compliance. Verifies all stipulations of the loan are met and are within approval. Verifying the terms of the loan are accurate including: Rate, term, VIN, collateral ownership, disbursal details, and signatures of the loan.

Enters loan information into loan system and completes disbursing to the core system. Verifies and executes the transfer of funds to the dealer partner.

Verifies membership qualifications. Open and fund membership accounts. Completing all necessary steps to open the membership savings accurately. Adheres to proper CIP procedures.

Prepares and files UCC liens with the respective agency. Ensures that the dealer is placing a lien on the titled pieces of collateral.

Reviews credit reports to determine what steps are needed if there are fraud alerts. Completes steps to clear fraud alerts.

Completes loan files including sending welcome packets to members, performing file maintenance to loan or account, setting up automatic payments

Maintain files and completes organization of files according to record retention policies. Ensures all loan files have the proper documents needed for compliance.

Responds to dealer correspondence via email, phone, and IM’s. Assists dealer partners with questions, concerns, and complaints

Ensures proper communication is delivered through prism, email, teams, etc. Assist members and co-workers when they have questions, concerns, and complaints

Ensures all work is completed timely and accurately

Recommends and develops policies, procedures, and references. Provide feedback for process improvement

Sets and monitors personal goals

Keeps supervisor informed of issues

Provides exceptional member service by having good time management skills and accurate execution of job dutie.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
- High School Diploma or equvalent
- 1 year of related work experience
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment, able to multitask
