Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching to dealer sales teams and management. Support motorcycle dealers in effectively presenting and selling finance and leasing solutions. Identify performance gaps and implement targeted development initiatives. Monitor dealer performance, analyze business data, and develop action plans to improve results. Build strong relationships with dealership management and act as a trusted business partner. Support the launch of new products, campaigns, and commercial initiatives across the dealer network.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve dealer processes, customer retention, and sales effectiveness. Experience in sales training, dealer development, automotive finance, retail operations, or a related commercial environment. Strong presentation, coaching, and communication skills. Ability to independently manage projects and extensive travel within Germany. Passion for motorcycles and a genuine understanding of motorcycle customers and dealerships. Previous experience within the motorcycle industry is highly desirable. Motorcycle licence (Class A) is strongly preferred.Fluent German and English language skills, additional Spanish language skills are considered a plus.
