We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Dealership Account Specialist to join our Dealer Mechanical Services team. In this role, you'll play an important part in supporting dealership operations through a combination of administrative, accounting, and customer service responsibilities.

You'll collaborate with stores, product providers, and internal teams to ensure processes run smoothly while helping maintain accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service.

Location: Remote (PST work hours)

Target Hiring Range: $21.00-23.00/hr

What You'll Do

• Activate, process, and cancel vehicle service product contracts.
• Support dealerships and internal partners by providing timely customer service and issue resolution.
• Manage ServiceNow inquiries and phone support while meeting established service level agreements.
• Complete accounting and reconciliation activities, including product statements, bank reconciliations, GL processing, and month-end tasks.
• Review cancellation packets and claims for accuracy and compliance.
• Help with product provider submissions and reporting requirements.
• Support cross-training efforts, provide backup coverage, and help develop junior team members.
• Participate in department projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, dealership accounting administration, contract processing, or a related business support role.
• Working knowledge of reconciliations, general ledger processing, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Experience managing high-volume transactions while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and business systems.
• Independently research and resolve customer, accounting, or operational issues.
• Experience reviewing contracts, financial documents, and customer records for accuracy.
• Dealership accounting, F&I, service contract, warranty, or ServiceNow experience preferred.

Total Rewards

At Lithia & Driveway, we believe in pay transparency. The full compensation range for this position is $19.25–$28.85/hr, reflecting the earning potential and growth opportunities available within the role. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Final pay decisions are made through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
