Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and testable code using the latest LLM (claude code, cursor, codex, etc) Participate in code reviews Contribute to architecture / design discussions Contribute to positive organizational growth via an enthusiastic spirit Triage, debug, and fix defects Solid awareness of development in a Linux environment Solid handle of coding using LLM (claude code, cursor, codex, etc) Familiarity with basic networking concepts For frontend-focused applicants: Exposure to scripting languages such as JavaScript Experience or coursework using React is a plus For backend/test-focused applicants: Experience working with both compiled and scripting languages Python/Rust/C experience preferred It would also be nice if you had: Experience with a CSS-in-JS solution such as Emotion A team-oriented mindset and eagerness to contribute to a growing team Ability to iterate quickly, learn fast, and take initiative
