Outside Capital is looking for an IT Delivery Consultant to join our specialist Technology recruitment team.

This isn't a sales role. You won't be cold calling clients or chasing business development targets.

Instead, you'll focus on what you do best - finding, engaging and building relationships with exceptional technology candidates while partnering with our team to deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Headhunt and engage exceptional technology talent across South Africa.
• Build relationships with software engineers, cloud specialists, data professionals, cybersecurity experts, ERP consultants and technology leaders.
• Translate complex technical requirements into exceptional talent solutions
• Build talent pipelines through research, networking and meaningful conversations.
• Partner with our Consultants to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation through to placement.

What You’ll Bring

• A genuine interest in technology and the IT industry.
• The confidence to communicate with technical professionals and understand their world.
• Curiosity, initiative and the ability to ask great questions.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• A growth mindset and the desire to build a long-term career in specialist recruitment.
• Previous recruitment or talent sourcing experience within Technology or IT recruitment will be highly advantageous.
