As a Delivery Coordinator at GlobalConnect Finland, you will play a central role in delivering digital infrastructure solutions. You will coordinate several deliveries and smaller projects at the same time, making sure that customers, technicians, and external teams are working from the same plan.
You will join a small delivery team where you will have a broad stakeholder network and the opportunity to improve both the customer experience and the quality of our deliveries.
What you need to thrive
You will have a coordinating role with close contact with both customers and colleagues. Your task will be to manage the service delivery from the signed order to the handover to the customer. You’ll create overview, book resources, follow up on progress, and ensure that all relevant parties are aligned to execute the deliveries. You’ll be also responsible for the customer communication.
Internally you will work closely with Network Engineers, and Field Technicians. You will report to a Delivery Manager and become part of a small team with a cooperative and collaborative way of working.
This role influences customer satisfaction. You will help ensure that deliveries are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with the deadlines agreed.
What you’ll be working on
You work in a structured way and enjoy having several projects and deliveries in progress at the same time. You are customer-oriented and comfortable picking up the phone when something needs to be clarified or moved forward.
You can handle tasks on your own and stay ahead of needs, while also valuing close collaboration with colleagues and other professional areas. A technical interest would make it easier to understand the deliveries and communicate with the technical teams.
Experience from telecommunications, connectivity, or digital infrastructure would be beneficial.

Mitä tarvitset onnistuaksesi tehtävässä
Tehtävässä olet tiiviissä yhteistyössä asiakkaiden ja kollegoiden kanssa. Tehtäväsi on vastata palvelun toimituksesta allekirjoitetusta sopimuksesta aina palvelun luovutukseen saakka. Vastuullasi on kokonaisuuden hallinta, tarvittavien resurssien varaaminen, etenemisen seuranta ja sen varmistaminen, että kaikki toimituksiin osallistuvat osapuolet ovat samalla sivulla. Vastaat lisäksi toimitusta koskevasta asiakasviestinnästä.
Sisäisesti työskentelet läheisessä yhteistyössä tietoverkko- ja kenttäteknikoiden kanssa. Esihenkilönäsi toimii Toimituspäällikkö ja työskentelet osana pientä, joustavaa ja yhteistyöhön perustuvaa tiimiä.
Tehtävälläsi on suora vaikutus asiakastyytyväisyyteen. Autat varmistamaan, että toimitukset toteutetaan täsmällisesti, tehokkaasti ja sovittujen aikataulujen mukaisesti.
Tehtävässäsi
Työskentelet järjestelmällisesti ja nautit useiden samanaikaisten projektien ja toimitusten hallinnoinnista. Olet asiakaslähtöinen etkä pelkää tarttua puhelimeen, kun asioita pitää selvittää tai viedä eteenpäin.
Työskentelet itsenäisesti ja oma-aloitteellisesti, mutta arvostat myös tiivistä yhteistyötä kollegoiden ja eri sidosryhmien kanssa. Tekninen kiinnostus on eduksi, sillä se auttaa ymmärtämään toimituksia ja kommunikoimaan teknisten tiimien kanssa.

- A couple of years of relevant work experience.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant qualification.
- Experience from customer service and/or coordinating projects, deliveries, or multiple stakeholders at the same time.
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.

- Work as a link between the customer, internal parties and subcontractors
- Handle connection documentation and other relevant delivery information.
- Identify and resolve issues that may affect delivery.
- Contribute to follow-up on customer satisfaction, delivery lead time, and delivery precision.

Practical information

- Toimit linkkinä asiakkaan ja sisäisten että ulkoisten toimijoiden välillä
- Huolehdit yhteyksien dokumentoinnista ja muista toimituksiin liittyvistä tiedoista.
- Tunnistat ja ratkaiset toimituksiin vaikuttavia ongelmia.
- Osallistut asiakastyytyväisyyden, toimitusajan ja toimitusten täsmällisyyden seurantaan.
