What You’ll Do: Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trusted, long-term relationships Partner with internal leaders to align delivery objectives with business goals and ensure effective resource planning Facilitate executive-level checkpoints to assess satisfaction, manage risks, and resolve escalations Drive a culture of continuous improvement by championing innovation and process enhancements Collaborate with Sales and Solutioning teams to develop pricing and staffing models aligned with client and company goals Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts and support account planning efforts What You’ll Bring: Proven experience leading complex software projects and cross-functional teams in a technology environment Strong project management expertise, including tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and collaboration tools Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Leadership mindset with the ability to inspire teams, drive change, and mentor others High level of integrity, accountability, and initiative Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Commitment to continuous learning and improvement Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred) PMP, ACP, or SAFe RTE certifications are a plus 8+ years of experience in project leadership roles Why join NLS?
