Delivery Lead – Agentic Solutions - Biomedical /Pharma

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join a leading Biomedical Research Digital & Data team, responsible for the successful delivery of innovative data, AI and agentic products.

Long term contract joining a cutting edge AI & Data programme for one of the worlds leading names in the life sciences industry, ideally Basel based but open to remote work, excellent rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of one or more agentic products.
• Manage planning, execution, risks, dependencies and delivery coordination.
• Partner with Product Managers to align delivery with product roadmaps and priorities.
• Coordinate Engineering, BA, QA and platform teams through product releases.
• Track progress, resolve issues and communicate delivery status to stakeholders.
• Develop a strong understanding of product, user and scientific requirements.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years' experience delivering end-user, data-driven applications.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional Agile product teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery execution skills.
• Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

• Experience with GenAI, agentic or data-driven products.
• Experience with / knowledge of Palantir
• Use of Databricks for operational data ingestion, integration, decision making, data engineering and AI .
• Pharmaceutical, biotech or life sciences experience.
• Exposure to clinical trials, RWD or biomedical data.
• Understanding of modern AI and data product development.
