Who is Quantium?

Quantium is a world leader in data science and artificial intelligence. Established in Australia in 2002, Quantium is a global team of more than 1,200 people across 14 locations with a unique blend of capabilities across product and consulting services to help businesses unlock value from data and analytics. Quantium partners with the world's largest corporations to forge a better, more intelligent world.

Our Consumer practice is one of Quantium's largest verticals, delivering insights and analytical solutions to FMCG suppliers and consumer goods companies. It's a team of sharp, commercially driven people who thrive on translating complex data into decisions that move businesses forward. At its heart right now sits an exciting AI transformation agenda: helping clients and internal teams fundamentally change the way they work.

As our Delivery Lead, you'll have two connected jobs. The first is owning the delivery of a portfolio of fast-moving AI engagements and initiatives, across both client work and our own teams. The second is setting the operating rhythm for Consumer ANZ, running the quarterly planning cycle, QBRs and Big Room Planning that keep the team aligned on the right priorities. You'll work alongside consultants, engineers and business leaders, and be accountable for outcomes, not just activity.

How will you make an impact?

  • AI delivery: Own AI engagements and internal initiatives from scoping and design through to deployment and adoption, including agent and workflow based solutions. You'll keep each one on time and within scope, and define and validate the tangible value it delivers, whether that's for a client or for how our own teams work.
  • Client delivery: Partner with client-facing teams to scope work, run solution workshops and structure delivery across several concurrent engagements. Where your delivery expertise adds credibility, you'll support pursuit conversations too.
  • Quarterly planning ownership: Own and evolve the quarterly delivery cycle for Consumer ANZ, including QBR planning and retrospectives that give the vertical clear priorities and visibility of work in flight entering each new quarter.
  • Big Room Planning: Lead the relaunch and ongoing ownership of Big Room Planning (BRP), ensuring it runs consistently, is well attended, and generates actionable outputs for business and people leaders.
  • Frameworks and governance: Build delivery frameworks, governance and reusable assets that make the vertical more consistent and help internal teams put AI to work, without adding unnecessary overhead.

The superpowers you’ll be bringing to the team:

  • Delivery owner: You've taken engagements or initiatives from concept through to execution and you're accountable for the result. You add just enough structure to help teams deliver, and you know when to leave room to move.
  • Hands-on with AI and data: You've deployed or implemented AI solutions, automation or data platforms, and you're genuinely curious about applying AI to how delivery itself is managed. You're credible with engineers, data scientists and architects.
  • Multi-engagement juggler: You're comfortable running several pieces of work in parallel, across clients and internal teams, shifting priorities as needs change and keeping each one moving without losing momentum.
  • Relationship builder and facilitator: You build trust quickly across technical teams, consultants, clients and senior leaders. You run workshops and planning sessions that people want to attend, and you're confident navigating competing priorities.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity: You thrive where scope and approach shift based on client and business needs, and you adapt quickly. You don't need a consumer, retail or FMCG background, as we'll bring you up to speed on the context.

Remember – you might not tick all the boxes, but don’t let that from stopping you applying. We’re more interested in how you work, your ability to solve problems and think big.

What could your Quantium Experience look like?

Working at Quantium will allow you to challenge your imagination. You will get to solve complex problems using rigor, precision and by asking great questions – but it also means you can think big, outside the box and push your problem-solving skills to the max.

By joining the Quantium team, you’ll get to:

  • Forge your path: So many of our team have moved around different teams or offices. You’ll be in the driver’s seat, and we empower you to make your career your own.
  • Find your kind: Embrace diversity and connect with your tribe (think foodies, dog lovers, readers, or runners).
  • Make an impact: Leave your mark. Your contributions resonate, regardless of your role or rank.

But wait, there’s more!

We’ve got some pretty sweet perks:

  • Flexible work arrangements: Achieve work life balance at your own pace with hybrid and flexible work arrangements.
  • Remote working: Embrace the opportunity to work outside of your assigned home location for up to 30 days every year.

Apply now and let's forge a better, more intelligent world together!
