Blend360 is a premier data, AI, and marketing consulting firm that partners with the world's most ambitious organizations to turn complex challenges into competitive advantage. We sit at the intersection of deep analytical rigor and pragmatic business execution—helping Fortune 1000 companies and Private Equity-backed businesses unlock transformational value through data, technology, and human expertise.

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Delivery Lead / PMO leader to oversee complex AI, data, customer experience, and digital transformation initiatives. You'll lead a portfolio of transformative AI, data, and customer experience programs—from strategy through adoption and measurable business value. This is a hands-on role where you bridge business strategy and execution, establishing the discipline and governance that turns ambitious plans into real impact.

You'll work across strategy, architecture, data engineering, analytics, AI, marketing technology, product, and operations teams. Your job is to translate complex business objectives into clear, measurable outcomes—and make sure teams actually deliver them.

This isn't just project management. It's about building how complex work gets done. You'll establish PMO standards, delivery frameworks, and governance models that improve speed, quality, and accountability. You'll coach teams, manage risks, and escalate strategically. You'll run the meetings and forums that keep initiatives aligned and moving forward.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead a portfolio of strategic AI, data, digital, and customer transformation programs from discovery through production launch and adoption
  • Establish project charters, roadmaps, governance models, milestones, workstreams, and clear success measures that teams can rally around
  • Create and maintain PMO standards, delivery frameworks, RACI models, reporting templates, and stage gates that work across the organization
  • Coordinate teams across multiple domains—strategy, architecture, data engineering, analytics, AI, CRM, MarTech, product, and operations
  • Translate complex business objectives into initiatives, requirements, and priorities that teams understand and can act on
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, budgets, capacity, and escalations—keeping stakeholders informed and decisions moving
  • Run operating reviews, steering committees, client meetings, status reports, and decision forums that keep everyone aligned
  • Guide initiatives through every phase: discovery, assessment, proof of concept, implementation, production launch, and adoption
  • Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, well-governed, and aligned to enterprise architecture and data strategy
  • Support business development, proposals, estimates, statements of work, and client presentations
  • Develop reusable delivery playbooks and continuously improve how teams plan and execute work
  • Coach delivery managers, project managers, and team members to strengthen delivery capability across the organization
  • Track business value: adoption rates, revenue impact, retention, efficiency gains, cycle time improvements, data quality, and customer experience outcomes

Must be willing to commute to Stamford, CT.

  • You bring 10+ years of experience in program delivery, PMO leadership, management consulting, digital transformation, data strategy, or technology delivery. You've led complex, multi-workstream programs for enterprise or Fortune 500 clients and understand what it takes to move the needle.
  • You have hands-on experience with several of these areas: AI readiness, data modernization, Customer 360, identity resolution, CDPs, CRM, MarTech, analytics, or composable data platforms. You're comfortable with Agile, hybrid, and traditional project delivery methods—and know which approach fits which situation.
  • You're a builder. You've created governance structures and delivery processes that actually improve speed, quality, and accountability. You communicate exceptionally well—presenting to executives with confidence and leading clients through complexity. You operate strategically while staying grounded in delivery details.
  • You have strong commercial judgment: you've worked with estimates, budgets, staffing models, proposals, and statements of work. You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

PREFERRED

  • Background in consulting, agencies, systems integration, or high-growth transformation practices
  • Experience taking AI or data initiatives from strategy or proof of concept into production at scale
  • Track record of building or scaling a PMO, delivery practice, or consulting capability
  • Professional certifications (PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum, Lean, or similar)
  • Experience managing distributed or global teams
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms, marketing technology ecosystems, CRM platforms, and modern analytics environments

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN YOUR FIRST 12 MONTHS

  • Established a consistent delivery governance model across the portfolio that teams actually use
  • Dramatically improved visibility into milestones, risks, dependencies, capacity, and financial health
  • Increased on-time and on-budget delivery performance across programs
  • Created reusable playbooks for AI, data, and customer transformation programs that accelerate future work
  • Improved the conversion rate from strategy and assessment work into funded implementation initiatives
  • Demonstrated measurable business value from delivered programs—tracked and communicated to leadership
