Your New Role

You’ll lead the planning, mobilisation and delivery of initiatives driven by legislative change and system updates, bringing together business, technology and third-party partners to deliver strong outcomes for our members and the organisation. This is a hands-on opportunity suited to an experienced delivery professional who understands the complexities of delivering regulatory change within the superannuation or broader financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead assigned initiatives from mobilisation through to implementation and closure, establishing clear outcomes, scope, deliverables, accountabilities and measures of success.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans covering schedule, resources, costs, dependencies, risks, implementation readiness and benefits.
• Direct and coordinate delivery across business, technology, product, change and vendor teams, maintaining alignment to approved outcomes and priorities.
• Manage changes through appropriate governance, clearly communicating impacts, trade-offs and recommendations.
• Ensure solutions are implemented effectively, transitioned into operations and positioned to realise the intended member and business value.
• Contribute accurate delivery forecasts, resource requirements, financial information and risk insights to divisional, portfolio and enterprise planning.
• Oversee third-party vendor performance, ensuring commitments, milestones, quality expectations and delivery outcomes are achieved.

How do you exceed our expectations?

• 5+ years’ relevant experience delivering regulatory change, ideally within superannuation.
• Demonstrated experience delivering regulatory change, with a strong understanding of how legislative changes translate into business and system impacts.
• Strong delivery management capability across planning, governance, dependency management, financial management, implementation and benefits realisation.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity and balance scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk to achieve delivery outcomes.
• Strong commercial, risk and governance acumen, including experience operating within regulated environments and established control frameworks.
• Experience leveraging data, insights and contemporary delivery practices to support informed decision-making, continuous improvement and delivery confidence.
• Proven experience working with and managing third-party vendors.
