The Opportunity

We looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join a global consumer healthcare organisation on a 12-month contract, leading delivery across both technology (CTO) and cyber security (CISO) portfolios. You'll own end-to-end delivery of enterprise initiatives, from platform rollouts to security and AI governance programmes - working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

This is a high-visibility role for a delivery professional who thrives in structured, matrixed environments, is comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and suppliers without direct reporting authority, and can turn complex technical and security risk into clear, confident recommendations for leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning end-to-end delivery of technology and security projects, applying standard delivery frameworks (Waterfall/hybrid)
• Managing plans, risks, dependencies, budgets and supplier performance with discipline and transparency
• Running governance forums and producing executive-ready reporting on progress, risk and decisions
• Supporting the safe adoption of AI and Agentic AI through structured governance and risk management
• Acting as the trusted link between business stakeholders, delivery partners and specialist CTO/CISO teams

What We're Looking For

• Proven delivery experience in Digital, Technology or Change environments, ideally in large, matrixed organisations
• Strong grounding in structured delivery approaches, risk/dependency management and stakeholder engagement
• Working exposure to technology domains (infrastructure, cloud, platform engineering) and cyber/risk domains (IAM, Zero Trust, Data Protection, Incident Response)
• Experience with Microsoft security technologies (Defender, Sentinel, Entra, Purview) is a plus
• A relevant delivery certification (PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.
