Svitla Inc. is looking for a Delivery Manager with a background in technical development, infrastructure, or consulting to oversee the successful delivery of projects and services across LATAM.
In this role, you'll manage multiple teams, ensure the successful execution of client projects — including supporting and following up on Svitlers' performance — and maintain high-quality delivery standards throughout.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience (for Senior DM) in project management or delivery management, with a focus on software development or consulting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Experience with business requirements analysis.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and other frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of development best practices.
- Experience working with distributed teams across various locations and time zones.
- Proven ability to manage key client projects and act as a main point of contact.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Experience conducting interviews and hiring developers.
- Solid understanding of software architecture and technical concepts.
- Exposure to all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- High self-motivation, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Experience presenting at meetings.
- Knowledge of web, desktop, and mobile development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with business and/or requirements analysis.
- Strong understanding of the IT business landscape: product/solution development, consulting services, IT services, staffing, and projects.
- Experience with product implementations such as SAP, JD Edwards, Salesforce, or similar.
Project & Service Coordination
- Lead and manage the coordination of 10–15 projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Work closely with clients to clarify and validate requirements across various projects.
- Oversee the ramp-up and onboarding process for new team members.
- Monitor team morale, satisfaction, and performance; resolve management issues to keep team dynamics healthy.
- Perform bi-monthly 1:1 meetings with resources allocated to your projects or country, logging outcomes in designated corporate tools (SvitlaID, Excel).
- Communicate end-of-project notices to Svitlers, together with HR, and support resource reallocation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Gather regular feedback from clients, teams, and developers to identify areas for improvement.
- Act as the main point of contact for accounts under your portfolio.
- Evaluate new positions for existing clients, validating requirements, budget, best countries to screen, and contract terms provided by sales.
- Propose JD improvements to sales when needed.
- Evaluate candidates received from recruiting and ensure a strong, healthy pipeline for all assigned positions.
- Stay on top of all candidates sent to clients for review, and recommend screening adjustments if candidate quality doesn't meet expectations.
- Keep all stakeholders in the recruiting process informed of progress and key actions.
- Work with project coordinators to help candidates move through the pipeline.
- Provide regular reports on project progress, team performance, and any issues or risks.
- Control, verify, and approve monthly Svitlers' time reports (per contract terms).
- Report on position status during Svitla's weekly meetings.
- Trigger the notebook assignment/request process for new employees via the corporate ticketing tool.
- Identify new opportunities for collaboration and additional projects with existing clients.
- Follow company policies, processes, and guidelines.
- Attend the office 1–2 times per week for team meetings and collaboration (not mandatory), plus any Svitla-promoted meetings or events in your location.
