Delivery Manager — AI-driven Vulnerability Management Program

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of an AI-enabled vulnerability detection harness and lifecycle management program in a large enterprise setting. You will align scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholders across distributed teams while supporting adoption and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own program delivery by defining scope, schedule, dependencies, and reporting cadence
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and keep workstreams unblocked
• Lead stakeholder alignment across AppSec, application teams, platform groups, and vendor management
• Run status and steering forums and communicate risks, decisions, and next steps
• Drive delivery-gating formalities such as access provisioning, approvals, security reviews, and vendor processes
• Track budget and burn versus SOW, including AI spend expectations, and raise deviations early
• Manage risks, escalations, and change requests while documenting scope and decision outcomes
• Support rollout and adoption of the harness alongside the delivery team

Requirements

• Delivery management experience (1+ years) delivering software programs in large enterprise environments
• Program management skills to plan scope, schedule, dependencies, and status reporting
• Stakeholder management experience with senior client-facing communication and steering forums
• Agile delivery expertise using Jira and Confluence
• AI/LLM delivery experience shipping AI-enabled products or platforms
• Risk management capability covering escalations, change requests, and decision documentation
• Budget tracking skills to manage burn versus SOW and flag deviations early
• Strong communication skills to coordinate across US and India time zones
• High autonomy and pragmatic problem-solving in a small, fast-moving team
• English proficiency: C1 Advanced (Proficient)

• Agentic Workflows familiarity to support iterative automation use cases
• Atlassian Jira proficiency beyond basics for advanced tracking and reporting
• Application Security background to align delivery with security governance needs
