Delivery Manager (UK Hours)

We're looking for a Delivery Manager to join us on a contract basis for a client project. The client is a UK-based SaaS company in the identity verification space, and you'll be fully embedded in their Customer Success and Delivery team day-to-day, working alongside their Solutions Consultants and Integrations Lead. This is a remote position.

The contract runs for the duration of the project engagement. This isn't a permanent role.

What you'll be doing

You'll own end-to-end project management for client onboarding and implementation projects. At any given time, you'll typically be running four to six projects in parallel, each at a different stage, so keeping things organised and moving is the job.

Specifically:

• Run kick-off sessions, maintain project plans, track milestones, and keep all stakeholders — internal and client-side — updated throughout, across both direct client implementations and partner/white-label delivered ones.
• Build trust with client contacts through consistent follow-through and clear communication.
• Manage projects where client-side integration work is involved — tracking dependencies, holding clients to their commitments, and flagging risks before they become problems
• Coordinate between internal teams and client technical contacts to make sure integration milestones are clear and met
• Lead the bulk data upload workstream — guiding clients through the data preparation and submission process, helping them understand what good data looks like and why certain formats don't work
• Write and run regular project updates, calls, and status communications — adapted to each client's needs, from simple trackers to full risk registers
• Contribute to improving how delivery works as you spot patterns across projects

What we're looking for

Must-haves:

• Experience managing multiple SaaS implementation or onboarding projects at the same time — you know the rhythm of these projects
• Experience with projects involving third-party or client-side integrations — tracking dependencies, managing risk, keeping workstreams on track without doing the technical work yourself
• Comfortable with structured/tabular data — reviewing it, spotting formatting issues, and guiding non-technical clients on what's needed
• Strong written and verbal English — you write clearly and communicate well across different types of stakeholders
• Organised, thorough, and reliable — nothing falls through the cracks
• Based in India, available to work UK business hours (9 am – 6 pm GMT/BST)

Nice to have:

• Background in a SaaS scale-up or tech business
• Familiarity with KYB, KYC, identity verification, or compliance products
• Experience on white-label or partner-delivered implementations
• Worked with tools like Jira, Notion, or HubSpot
• A PM qualification (Prince2, PMP, or similar) — useful but not required

Selection process

• Shortlisted candidates will go through two rounds. The first is with our internal team at Ranium. Candidates who clear that will move to a final round with the client directly. We'll share more details on both rounds once we get into conversations.
