Job Description Engineering Manager – Delivery (Data & AI) Experience: 14- 20Yrs Location: Bengaluru(Remote) Notice Period: Immediate or max 15days Preferred​ About the Role We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager – Delivery to lead the successful execution of multiple AI and Data Engineering engagements. This role combines delivery leadership, technical oversight, team management, and client engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality while leading cross-functional engineering teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Delivery Management Lead multiple delivery pods across AI, Data Engineering, and Analytics projects. Own sprint planning, backlog management, delivery quality, and execution. Track project risks, dependencies, and escalations. Ensure successful execution of project milestones and SOW commitments. Team Leadership Manage AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Architects, Scrum Leads, and Technical Leads. Mentor and coach engineering teams. Conduct performance reviews and support career development. Drive engineering excellence and delivery best practices. Technical Leadership Review solution architecture and technical designs. Guide teams on AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, Data Engineering, and Cloud platforms. Ensure scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions. Collaborate with solution architects on technical decisions. Client Management Participate in discovery workshops and solution discussions. Provide delivery updates to stakeholders. Manage client expectations and resolve delivery issues. Build trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders. Operational Excellence Improve delivery processes and governance. Support hiring and technical interviews. Monitor resource utilization and delivery metrics. Requirements Required Experience 12–20 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI, or Enterprise Technology. Minimum 5 years leading engineering or delivery teams. Experience delivering enterprise AI, Data Engineering, Analytics, or Cloud projects. Strong client-facing consulting or professional services experience. Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Technical Skills AI / Machine Learning Generative AI, LLMs & RAG Agentic AI Frameworks Data Engineering & Data Pipelines Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) MLOps / DevOps Technical Architecture Agile / Scrum Delivery Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering enterprise AI solutions. Strong understanding of modern Data & AI architecture. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Startup or product engineering experience is an advantage.
