We are seeking a highly analytical, structured, and proactive EMEA Demand Analytics PMO to join our client, an in-house technology consultancy of a global consulting firm, supporting the regional execution of the BTM Demand Plan. In this role, you will take technical ownership of pipeline data analytics, uncover critical performance trends, and deliver data-driven insights directly to Regional Demand Managers and Market Units Leaders to shape strategic sales execution.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Taking end-to-end ownership of pipeline data analysis, evaluating creation, health, velocity, and conversion across diverse Market Units, sales motions, and demand sources.
• Building and maintaining advanced pipeline performance reporting, identifying critical trends, risks, anomalies, and revenue opportunities.
• Conducting deep-dive analyses on pipeline coverage, growth progression, and quality to drive data-backed decision-making.
• Partnering with the Regional Demand Manager during Monthly Demand Reviews and executive presentations, providing actionable recommendations and strategic data packs.
• Ensuring data accuracy, governance, and reporting consistency across all recurring demand planning pipelines.
• Leading ad-hoc analytical deep-dives to answer critical business questions and support the prioritization and tracking of targeted Demand Programs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven commercial track record as a Data/Business Analyst, Analytics PMO, or Operations Specialist focusing on pipeline, sales, or demand analytics.
• Strong consultant mindset: ability to translate complex, messy datasets into clear, executive-ready stories and justify strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to identify performance bottlenecks, pipeline gaps, and corrective actions proactively.
• High ownership, exceptional attention to detail, and a structured approach to solving ambiguous business challenges.

Must-Haves:

• Advanced expertise in pipeline data analytics, performance modeling, and business intelligence reporting.
• Proficiency in enterprise data manipulation, dashboarding tools, and advanced data modeling (e.g., SQL, BI platforms, advanced spreadsheet modeling).
• Experience supporting senior leadership and commercial stakeholders with demand planning and operational execution.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills for daily international collaboration.

Location & Working Setup:

• 100% Remote working model (Candidates must be living and working within the EU on a 12-month B2B contract).
