Demand Generation Manager | B2B SaaS | up to €75k

Ingenio is partnering with an ambitious, growing B2B SaaS business to hire a Demand Generation Manager who wants genuine ownership of the demand engine.

This is a hands-on role with real autonomy and commercial impact. You'll help shape the demand strategy, identify and test new channels, work closely with Sales and be directly accountable for pipeline growth.

📍 Remote – Ireland

💰 €70,000–€75,000

🏖️ 30 days annual leave + birthday off

What you'll be doing

• Own and contribute to qualified pipeline generation
• Identify, test and scale new demand channels
• Build and execute multi-channel demand-generation campaigns
• Improve conversion across the full funnel
• Work closely with Sales on targeting, outbound support and pipeline generation
• Optimise content, organic and website activity for commercial impact
• Use data to understand what's working and decide what to scale, change or stop
• Bring fresh, modern B2B demand-generation thinking and new ideas to the business
• Work with agencies/freelancers while remaining hands-on with delivery

What we're looking for – the non-negotiables:

Please only apply if you can clearly demonstrate ALL THREE:

• B2B SaaS + Pipeline: 3–5+ years in B2B SaaS demand gen/growth with proven impact on pipeline and revenue.
• Hands-on Ownership: You have personally identified, built, executed and optimised demand-gen initiatives—not just managed them.
• Multi-channel Experience: Proven experience across multiple demand-gen channels. You don't need to be an expert in everything, but you can't be a single-channel specialist.
