Role Description The Marketing Graduate will support the development and execution of marketing activities to promote DampMaster’s services across the UK and Ireland. This full-time hybrid role is based in Galway, with a mix of on-site work and some flexibility to work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with market research, helping to implement marketing strategies and campaigns, and contributing to digital and offline marketing materials. The role also involves supporting sales and customer service teams with marketing collateral, updating content on company channels, and tracking campaign performance. The Marketing Graduate will collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure consistent messaging and brand visibility.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present information effectively.
• Ability to conduct Market Research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Foundational Sales and Customer Service skills to support commercial teams and engage professionally with clients.
• Understanding of Marketing Strategy, including campaign planning and basic brand positioning concepts.
• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (degree or equivalent).
• Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, CRM or marketing software, MS Office).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn about the property, construction, or building services sector; prior exposure is an advantage but not required.
