We are right next door to Marvel stadium and some of Melbourne’s best restaurants, cafes and bars. As a Demand Planner at Bega Group, you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning our supply chain with customer demand for our international customers and also our local contract manufacturing for major retailers. You’ll use data-driven insights and teamwork to build accurate forecasts that support business growth, working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure our products are always where they need to be. This position is a hybrid opportunity working from the office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and Work from Home Wednesday and Friday. Responsibilities Develop and maintain demand forecasts by leveraging data, market trends, and business insights Facilitate engaging demand review meetings and contribute to the weekly S&OE process Analyse demand drivers and collaborate on actions to optimise forecast accuracy Report and communicate forecast outcomes to key stakeholders, supporting continuous improvement Maintain demand planning systems and proactively address potential issues About you Experience in demand planning do or other planning streams advantageous but not essential Transferable skills in planning, organising, and prioritising tasks to meet business goals Collaborative communicator who builds strong relationships across teams and ability to influence stakeholders Competent in analysing data and sharing insights to influence decisions using advanced Excel skills with large data sets Agile and solutions-focused, thriving in a dynamic FMCG or retail environment Bega Group Story Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
