Are you looking to work for an innovative and fast-growing company, 100% remotely?

We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive professional for the position of Demand Planner and Inventory Management Specialist.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in demand forecasting, inventory planning, and e-commerce operations, with hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central. This person will be responsible for analyzing sales trends, anticipating demand, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring product availability while preventing stockouts and excess inventory.


The salary range is $1,300USD to $1,500USD per month, depending on experience and seniority.

Candidates from Latin America are welcome to apply.

The role is 100% Remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze historical sales data, product performance, seasonality, promotions, and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using data-driven forecasting methods.
  • Manage and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts, overstock, and lost sales opportunities.
  • Calculate reorder points and provide recommendations for replenishment planning.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy using metrics such as MAPE and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Extract and analyze inventory and sales information from Amazon Seller Central.
  • Adjust forecasts based on promotions, discounts, holidays, seasonal demand, and external market factors.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Logistics teams to align inventory plans with business goals.
  • Prepare reports and communicate actionable insights related to demand, inventory, and product availability.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives involving forecasting tools, automation, AI, and inventory processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete assigned tasks within established deadlines.


Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE A FLUENT PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION IN ENGLISH
  • At least 5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, forecasting, supply chain, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce inventory operations.
  • Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory control, reorder points, stock availability, and replenishment planning.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with forecasting tools, data analysis platforms, or inventory management systems.
  • Ability to analyze sales trends, seasonal patterns, promotions, and product performance.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, make data-driven decisions, and manage priorities with limited supervision.
  • Availability to work full time during U.S. business hours, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT/PST.
  • Comfortable working under a contractor agreement and using Hubstaff for time tracking and screenshots.
  • Proactive, accurate, dependable, and focused on completing tasks and meeting deadlines.
