💻Responsibilities

- Lead demand planning and forecasting for all product categories, using historical sales data, market trends, and business inputs

- Coordinate the monthly S&OP cycle to align demand, inventory, and business requirements

- Support demand planning activities related to product launches, transitions, and end-of-life management

- Monitor inventory levels and product availability to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction

- Identify and mitigate risks related to stock shortages, excess inventory, and product obsolescence

- Coordinate with regional and global Supply Chain teams on replenishment planning and inventory optimization

- Track inventory KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed

- Identify supply chain risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate constraints/risks to stakeholders

- Support indirect procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing coordination, supplier management, and contract administration

- Monitor supplier performance and help resolve procurement-related issues

- Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, inventory performance, and process efficiency

- Drive process standardization and system enhancements; ensure planning-related master data accuracy in ERP/planning systems

🧠Qualifications

- Experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Management, and S&OP processes

- Experience in Supply Chain Management, including logistics and international transportation

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Business-level English communication ability

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

💡Welcome

- Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare products, or other regulated industries

- Experience supporting procurement or supplier management activities

💰Salary

Company will consider candidates up to 10.5M JPY for annual salary (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
