Job Title: Demand Planning Manager Job Description As a Demand Planning Manager, you will play a crucial role in a prestigious, century-old company by contributing to a world-class Demand Planning organization. You will work cross-functionally with teams such as Commercial, Finance, Technology, Inventory Management, and Fulfillment Operations to ensure an integrated process of forecast planning for the business. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays and on-site presence from Tuesday to Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Responsibilities Support a team of demand planners to enhance forecast accuracy at the account level, addressing market challenges. Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales teams and key accounts to drive improved engagement and communication. Collaborate on the development of critical metrics and dashboards to monitor, analyze, and improve forecast accuracy. Continuously improve forecasting processes and systems to address supply chain complexities. Support enhancements of the S&OP and Demand review process. Collaborate with supply planning to ensure timely delivery of new products and replenishment orders, managing inventory levels aligned with sales plans. Identify areas of risk and opportunity for the business by driving insights into actions while working to reconcile forecasts and communicate issues clearly. Essential Skills 10+ years of progressive relevant demand planning experience. 5+ years of experience in a managerial role. 3+ years of experience working directly with key accounts. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Oracle or similar planning applications. Proficient in advanced forecasting concepts, principles, and standard methodologies. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain, mathematics, business, or related fields. Preferred knowledge of demand forecasting systems and PowerBI.
