We are looking for a Demand/Supply Coordinator to extend our Workforce Planning & Management (WPM) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing workforce planning and project staffing covering specific Business Units or skills. Depending on the focus area, the role may lean toward demand coordination, working closely with delivery managers to validate and prioritize open positions, or supply coordination, driving candidate identification and placement in close cooperation with supply teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the progress of staffing all open positions across the assigned BU
- Identify priority positions and drive staffing of them with the respective Recruiters, Delivery Managers, Account Managers, Resource Managers, Internal Mobility specialists, and other Staffing Coordinators
- Develop a staffing plan and drive its execution with the help of all involved parties; work on creative approaches to staff critical positions, including rotations from other projects
- Build staffing plans for new opportunities in close cooperation with demand and supply counterparts
- Track the system and progress on open demand; ensure bench reports reflect the correct status of employees
- Act as an entry point for business to land new demand by overseeing EPAM's resourcing capabilities
- Validate demand with business stakeholders and clarify all needed details
- Represent business interests when setting staffing priorities and drive location planning based on business and GDO priorities within the NA scope
- Act as an escalation point for staffing-related issues and staffing priorities, resolving conflicts and complexity by delivering practical and agile solutions
- Ensure that staffing-related processes are followed by all business and GDO stakeholders
- Ensure that data quality is kept up-to-date in Staffing Desk
- Represent WPM in QBRs, AMP sessions, and AM/DM onboarding workshops
Requirements
- 2+ years of IT experience or Recruitment
- Understanding of the modern IT landscape, including major technology stacks, programming languages, and frameworks
- Great communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues and solutions to mixed audiences and resolve conflict and complexity by delivering practical and agile solutions
- Flexibility to work well in a dynamic, stress-tolerant environment with short delivery timelines and changing priorities
- Strong personal ownership and commitment to quality; attentive to details, friendly, polite, and thorough; desire to contribute, speak up with a view or opinion, and add value by questioning and probing where necessary
- Understanding of EPAM staffing tools and processes, including Staffing Desk, Staffing Radar, and Telescope
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience in Recruitment or Internal Mobility functions
- Experience working with clients in Pre-sales, Account Management, or Business Development roles
