Role Description The Denmark Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract opportunity to own and operate a virtual Lingua Learn language school in Denmark. The franchise partner will oversee daily operations, including coordinating online language courses, managing instructors, and ensuring high-quality service for individual and corporate clients. Responsibilities include developing local marketing strategies, engaging prospective clients, and building long-term business relationships. The partner will also adapt Lingua Learn’s training materials to the local market, monitor performance metrics, and report results to Lingua Learn’s central team. Ongoing collaboration with Lingua Learn will involve attending online training sessions, implementing brand standards, and continuously improving the franchise’s offerings.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to interact with clients, instructors, and corporate partners.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to understand market trends and optimize business performance.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to support instructors and ensure consistent delivery of Lingua Learn’s methodology.
• Experience in education, language training, or online services, especially in the Danish market, is beneficial.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, business development experience, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are highly valued.
• Proficiency in English and Danish, along with familiarity with digital tools and online learning platforms, is an advantage.
