Role Description The Denmark Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract role focused on launching and operating Lingua Learn’s online language school within Denmark. Day-to-day activities include overseeing local marketing campaigns, managing client inquiries, and coordinating course delivery using Lingua Learn’s systems and materials. The partner will handle business development, including building relationships with corporate and public clients, identifying new market segments, and growing enrollment. Typical responsibilities also involve supervising local staff or contractors, aligning operations with Lingua Learn’s brand standards, and collaborating with the Global Franchise Support Team on HR, sales, and academic matters. The role requires a proactive approach to driving revenue growth while maintaining high-quality learner experiences.

• Candidates should possess effective Writing skills to produce clear, audience-focused marketing materials, emails, and business documentation.
• Candidates should possess Training experience or the ability to support and coordinate teacher onboarding, staff development, and quality assurance in course delivery.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or franchise management, preferably in education or online services.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines remotely.
• Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms; familiarity with online education technologies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Danish market and fluency in English; proficiency in Danish or other languages is beneficial.
