Denver Regional Director

Sample Supports is seeking a Regional Director to lead and oversee operations within a designated region. This position is responsible for developing strong teams, maintaining high-quality services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the continued growth of Sample Supports. What You'll Do Lead, supervise, and develop program managers and team members Build a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture Oversee regional operations, budgets, performance, and organizational goals Ensure programs remain compliant with applicable licensing and regulatory requirements Manage employee performance, hiring, training, and development Support clients in receiving high-quality, person-centered services Provide leadership during critical incidents and challenging situations Develop and improve systems and workflows to strengthen operations Communicate company goals and initiatives across teams Provide direct services or shift coverage when operationally needed What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in social or behavioral sciences required Master's degree in social work, business administration, psychology, or a related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of professional experience Experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health needs required Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to complete and maintain required certifications and training Join Sample Supports We're looking for a leader who takes ownership, develops strong teams, looks for opportunities to improve systems, and approaches challenges as opportunities for growth.
