YOUR TASKS STEERING... and responsibility for the product portfolio COORDINATION... of close collaboration with product management, sales, and other departments LEADERSHIP... and ongoing development of the engineering team SUPPORT... in technical sales and active participation in customer projects RESPONSIBILITY... for budget planning, cost control, and resource management SHAPING... the strategic development of the division as well as the product portfolio SHAPING... the mobility of the future YOUR PROFILE Completed university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field Several years of professional experience in an engineering environment, ideally in the railway or mobility sector In-depth knowledge of product management and product responsibility Experience in budget planning and financial management Proven leadership experience Experience in technical sales or close collaboration with sales Excellent communication skills and confident appearance Ability to clearly and convincingly express complex matters Our location is very well connected to public transport and only a 5-minute walk from Mödling railway station.
