Deployment Manager (WFH Policy)

Under Digital Innovation & Optimization Group, this role is responsible for driving the global adoption and growth the platform by developing deployment strategies across regions and countries. In addition, the role will support the new business development activities by managing and following up on new customer leads and understanding customer requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute deployment and adoption strategies for each region and country; monitor deployment progress and adoption performance globally
• Drive platform adoption and promote to the shippers and internal stakeholders; identify barriers to platform adoption and implement improvement initiatives;
• Analyze and understand requirements and user expectations regarding the platform, and collaborate with the development team on enhancements;
• Monitor booking adoption performance by analyzing the trends, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions;
• Follow up on new customer leads and promotes Yusen services to potential customers, coordinate with sales team for business development opportunities

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Logistics, Project Management, IT, Industrial Engineering;
• 4 – 6 years of working experience including 2 years in project management, deployment management, digital management or business development. Logistics/freight forwarding industry is a MUST;
• One man band role, currently holding the capacity of Assistant Manager could also be considered
• Experience in Digital platform adoption, customer engagement, or platform solutions is a bonus
• Experience working in a regional or global environment is a privilege;
• Good command in PowerBI, MS Office applications and Project Applications;
• Excellent in spoken and written English;
• Good communication skills, ability to explain complex systems/business concept in simple terms
• open minded, proactive, customer-orientated and result-driven mindset
