Role Description The Founder-in-Residence | Startup incubator program role is a remote position that provides emerging founders with hands-on support to explore, validate, and build technology-driven ventures. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and customer research, defining problem statements, and testing hypotheses through interviews, experiments, and early product prototypes. The Founder-in-Residence will collaborate with mentors to refine positioning, create go-to-market strategies, and develop pitch materials for potential partners and investors. The role involves iterating on product ideas based on feedback, documenting learnings in clear narratives and strategic plans, and participating in regular check-ins, workshops, and review sessions with the incubator team. This role is designed for individuals committed to rapidly learning, adapting, and moving from concept to a viable, investor-ready startup.

• Strategic thinking and business acumen, including experience with market analysis, business model design, and early-stage startup strategy.

• Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, storytelling, and the ability to present ideas to diverse stakeholders.

• Comfort with technology products and digital tools, with the ability to learn new software quickly and work closely with technical or product teams.
